Police case against u and it's outcome are irrelevant to your divorce proceedings.. If u wife consents go for mutual, which is always the better option.. If not she is will file Divorce on relevant grounds, u can add ground that her police case amounts to ' mental cruelty'..

Since police have clear the case and her application were also dismissed, so you may go for mutual divorce if your wife consent for it otherwise you have to go for regular divorce which will take some time to dispose.
