first you file case for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act. with regard to gold article you need to prove it by showing it's bills from concerned jewellers. mere hiding jewelry wouldn't save your skin.

Is there any records with you showing the purchase of the jewelry like bills etc in your own name. If so you will not have to give that back.
