Transfer Of Funds To Foreign Bank Related To Alimony Received

My daughter Is divorced and at the time of family court order the judge made my daughter to deposit Rs.500000 in the name of her only daughter aged SIX years with a condition that mother is the custodian to manage the account till the child becomes major. There is another judgement giving mother as the permanent custodian of the daughter. Now since the mother and child migrated to Australia, mother would like to get the Fixed deposit transferred to an Australian Bank after converting the amount and the interest accrued into Australian Dollars. Since court instruction is there, the Banker in India will not be able to transfer the amount to a Bank in foreign country. I will be much obliged to you if I can get your advise on the procedures to be followed to get an instruction from the Family court to the bank in India and the documents required from the Australian Authorities in this regard.
