i have sent my wife the restitution of conjugal rights notice...but her mother said that she is not at home and she is at other town for her education and avoided to take the notice....what should i do??how many times notice woll go to her home??

If she avoids that is better.. If the postal cover returns with endorsement 'refused' then court will presume that it is deemed to be served.. if this attitude persists, You will get exparte decree..
