Wife Living At Her Mother House Just After A Month Marriage.

It's been just a month of marriage. The marriage got registered after completion of hinu ritual marriage. It's completely an arranged marriage. Before getting in to marriage we both fall for each other. However before marriage like any couple we used to have small arguments but have good understanding. After completing marriage after spending almost 16 days at my home (Bhubaneswar) we came to Delhi. Some how because of long holiday my company here gave me notice I'm no more in job. I work for IT. But I didn't disclose this to her as I was quite shocked. But not hopeless as I'm trying to get into any IT firm. During the stay here in Delhi we spent good time but however used to have arguments, one day she got sick (urine infection). I took her to hospital and brought all doctor prescribed medication. Then due to her sickness she used to irritate in small things. Even we used to have arguments. Then in every arguments she started dragging her mother by calling in between arguments. Every time she said because of arguments and sickness she is suffering mentally as well. She started asking for booking ticket for return. Some how her pre scheduled scheduled​ return to my home was x date. But just after 2weeks again I booked tickets. She said she will go back to my home. But from airport directly she messaged my mom that she is going to her mother's mom as her mother came to receive. After reaching home she messaged to my dad I no more want to stay in this marriage and if any one from my home want to go her mother house should ask prior before coming. Her mother also messaged to my mom not to message or call her. When my brother spoke to her mother she said because now everyone is in hot mood let's wait for a month then we all will sit and sort out misunderstanding. But a day after her mother again messaged my mom she wants all jewellery and furniture back. Note: No dowery was exchanged in this marriage. Even in a notery document both parents signed. She's the only daughter. Even I love her same no matter just because of rough arguments doesn't mean my love faded or this marriage is doomed. Please advise as per my knowledge without she ask a divorce how could we dispute as her mother asking every thing to return. Even divorce can only happen after a year which i don't want ant. I recorded all arguments when we were in Delhi as i was in fear when she started claiming mentally getting sick.
