I stay in an apartment for 2 years. The waste management here in the apparent is very bad. Tenants keeps their Garbage outside their flat and never throws the garbage for 2 weeks minimum. It is getting too difficult to even open our door because the garbage sticks a lot. I have raised the concern to owner multiple times but the owner never cares for it. How do I sort this? should I complain on my owner for this in the police station or what is the law for this?

make the complaint to municipality they will issued a notice to them and also arrange for garbage disposal
