About Illegaly Selling Property

My father has bought a land property in palamu, Jharkhand but after the death of landowner his son has sold my property without my knowledge and again after the sudden death of landowner'son his nephew has sold my property again to another now some calls are coming to my papa by criminal minded ppl, they are threatening my papa to sold property at lowest budget, what should we do plz help us.
