Security Money Not Returned

I was living with 4 people at first, the rent we discussed was 25000 then they discloed that if 4 are living then the rent will be increased to 28000, when we shifted they introduced that there will be another 1200 for maintenance. 3 person left the house after some months I remained there and paid the security again. Now i left after a month due to circumstances and i already told about that to our landlord. Later on when i left she sent a text about security about some damage a minor one on an almeera and said it would cost around 8k for repairs, i didn’t agree that i did it and called her unrelasonable. I only agreed to pay for electricity bill and chimney cleaning. She told me to pay for sofa cleaning and bed cleaning too but then why she was charging for maintenance if i had to service every appliances. She refused to return the money. I have sent her enough whatsapp texts.
