Early Disposal Rent Control

Hello, we are fighting a case against Tenant in Rent tribunal bhilwara Rajasthan from last 5 years that is from 2014 than our Advocate suggested to file early disposal in Rajasthan high court that is jodhpur where judge didn't specifically mentioned time limit for disposal of case from tribunal, on the other hand one of my friend who is also fighting rent cases against his tenant has filled for early disposal in high court where high court answer with specific order to both District Court and tribunal court to decide matter in 6 months and one year respectively Now I have digital order copy of all orders from high court can I appeal in Supreme court against high court for early disposal of case please suggest.
