Evicting A Tenant

I got the following order for my eviction petition ORDERS PRONOUNCED. IN THE RESULT, THIS PETITION IS ALLOWED AND EVICTION IS HEREBY ORDERED. THE RESPONDENT IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO VACATE AND DELIVER POSSESSION OF THE SCHEDULE MENTIONED PROPERTY TO THE PETITIONER WITHIN 2 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THIS ORDER. IN THE CASE OF DEFAULT, THE PETITIONER MAY INITIATE SEPARATE PROCEEDINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW. NO ORDER AS TO COSTS. Disposal Date: 08-03-2019 District Munsif Then my lawyer said that the tenant can appeal up to the High Court and it will take years. Instead, he said that the T.N. Govt has issued G.O. Ms. No. 36, Housing and Urban Development (HB4) dated 22nd Feb. 2019. Through this notification, I can evict the tenant faster. At his advice, I withdrew the case. Now I want to know: (i) Has my lawyer advised me properly? (ii) Is the above referred G.O. effective for evicting a tenant? (iii) After I have withdrawn the case, now how can I initiate the eviction process pls?
