Land Lord Harrasment With Commercial Property

I have taken a property on rent for commercial use and signed a registered leave and licence agreement and agreed to pay a monthly rent of 30000 thousand plus gst and 2000 for water and 1800 for maintenance plus gst total come out rent is 39884/-. Due to an accident in my family i am not able to pay the rent for june july and august. The landlord is saying that pls handed over the keys to me and i will run the business from 1st september. Now i have clear all the dues of landlord on 20th september. Only 34000 thousand is remaining of electricity. I told him that i will pay the amount later. He agreed. But on october 6 when i opened the shop he forcefully shut down the shop and asking the remaining amount plus rent of september. My shop was closed for the full september month due to harrasment of landlord. From september onwards my shop is closed and my landlord is increasing rent on me. What can be done against this harrasment. How can i recover my 15 lacs loss from landlord.
