Landlord Vs Tenant

my father owe a commercial shop which he let to a tenant in April 2004 now in 2014 i got to know that tenant has built and acquired total 3 more property in year 1990,1996 and 2003 all commercial shops in the name of tenant which he admitted in court at the time of cross examination and also exhibit in court file still our petition got rejected by judge saying that you let him in 2004 before that your tenant acquired all 3 property before. now should I appeal in high court with what citations please help
