1 year back we took a house for lease in Bangalore with the proper agreement. Now we need to leave this house (3 months notice period has been completed) but the landlord told that I do not have money until another person came, but the above said statement not mentioned in the agreement copy that he is strongly telling that you do not have any choice I don't have money u have wait until another person has to came what I should do? Now please help me because he is simply scolding us.

Dear Sir, The possession is nine points. Ask him to share blank cheque and inducted some one else on your behalf. Never give keys to him until entire amount is paid.
