    If the tenent is in violation if terms and conditions stipulated in the agreement he can be evicted before the maturity of the agreement.through process of law alone if landlord uses physical force or indulge in high handed activities to evict, for the tenent all the doors are kept open to seek legal remidy.

    yes,give him notice for rent agreement revoked by his default after that file a suite for Eviction and do not accept the rent during this period.

  • Send him a lawyer notice to the effect. Also let the Electricity board disconnect the connection for non payment of dues. Then file a petition for his eviction in the concerned court or Rent Controller as the case may be.

    he can get temporary injunction against the landlord if he first proves that he is in possession over the property and he has agreement and he can pray the court to direct you to evict him only after following due process of law.
