I am landlord. I have rented a house monthly 20000 Rs. According to the new tenancy law I have to register the agreement. Where to register how much cost it takes to register the agreement. I am from Chennai. I can register at tenancy.tn.gov.in and get my TN registration no. but I have to register the agreement copy .20 Rs stamp paper is enough. Please explain in detail.
