My tenant who is living in my Flat, Mira Road ( East ), Thane, Maharashtra. right now he donâ€™t want to vacant my flat. His agreement is already terminatedÂ on 31stÂ July 2019 but due to his personal problem. I have considered him tillÂ 31stÂ December 2019. But now my tenant is not willing to leave my flat and asking for more time. this thing I have already disclosed to my society officially. Right now my tenant want to extend date tillÂ 31stJanuary 2020Â but I am not agree to continue. Needs guidence & suggestion

dear client you may send a legal notice for eveocction and if he does not vacate your premises then you may file a case for Eviction and possession.
