I am landlord of 9 shops in the heart of the city under Rajasthan rent act now the procedure here in tribunal is to after submitting all documents like affidavit and documentary evidence court will make issues after that both parties advocate will cross examin witnesses and than it will go to final argument and than order also in Rajasthan rent control act there is a provision to dispose rent case by tribunal in 240 days but it never happens also there is no provision of making any issues from tribunal nor it's compulsory or required to cross examin both the parties now can I file petition in Supreme Court directly and ask them to direct rent tribunal to decide case on the basis of affidavit and documentary evidence as provided in Rajasthan rent control
