A tenant has not paid rental dues and troubling us for past 2 years. Can I use muscle power to vacate the house? If I go legal it will take another 3-9 months bt IAM having financial trouble so unable to afford costly lawsuits. Kindly provide me details with what all actions I can take against the tenant as he is staying with no rental agreement for the past two years. If we approach and ask him to vacate he is abusing and threatening to do suicide. Please guide me as I don't find any other way except to use force to remove him and there is currently a lockdown issue also, so suggest me best action.

Hi, Send him a legal notice to vacate the premises and pay the amount due immediately. If he still does not comply, file a civil suit against him. Also, file a police complaint against him for threatening you. If you find this answer helpful please rate my answer. Thank you.
