Whats Time Limit

I filled case against Tenant in rent tribunal bhilwara where I won court pass the order and said give three times rent go landlord a'd issue a warrant against Tenant to vacant premises than tena't filled appeal again after final argument in appellant court I won and appellant court says to follow the rent tribunal court order again tenant is going to high court for appeal now what to do please guide appellant court haven't issue any time limit so it means that it will done with immediate effect?? please guide
