Dear Sir, Instead of trying to bypass the record, you should aim to regularize it: Legal Audit: Hire a lawyer specializing in Waqf matters to check the Waqf Deed. Some Waqf-ul-Aulad deeds allow for the sale of property under specific conditions (e.g., to buy another property for the trust). Obtain an NOC: Approach the U.P. Sunni/Shia Central Waqf Board (whichever is applicable). If the property is no longer serving the trust's purpose and has been urbanized, you may be able to apply for a formal No Objection Certificate (NOC) or a "de-notification" of that specific plot, though this is a long process. Under the provisions of the Waqf Act: Under the Waqf Act, 1995, any transfer of Waqf property without Board prior-sanction is "void ab initio" (invalid from the start). You need to resolve this through the Board or the Waqf Tribunal.
