Recovery Of Money

My driver had taken Rs.4 Lakh from me as advance salary in 2021 by emotionally blackmailing me citing that his son requires surgery. After few months he left the job and did not return the money. I had filed a suit for recovery against him in Saket Court, Delhi under CPC. The Court passed a decree in my favor in 2025. The I have filed an execution. But the judgement debtor has absconded. The court froze 2 of his bank accounts regarding which I had details. But There was little balance in the accounts. Now I have come to know that he has another bank account in SBI but don't know the account number or branch address. Now under which Rule in CPC can I seek relief from the court for tracking his bank account and freezing it and also for police assistance for tracking the offender?
