Regarding Land Showing Banjar In Khatauni

There is land in which there is open and uninterrupted possession of ours for many years , since prior to 1950. Our trees that old were there. But now in khatauni it's showing banjar and talab, whereas talab is much smaller but land showing talab is much larger. my father is in defence so we live out of UP, we don't know what's happening there. Some rival there become pradhan and he made those land available for residence to others. Our many old trees were cut down. How I reclaim these lands legally, because it was under our open and uninterrupted possession for many years even before 1950. It was our 'bagicha' so how the heck it's showing banjar and talab in khatauni. Some mahua trees are still there in their final stage. How to reclaim legal title ?
