My wife working as anganwadi worker.she is terminated now.Aim preparing to file suit against CDPOs, supervisor etc..against ICDS team.She had been terminated without any show cause notice? I have already submitted revocation letter to them,but negative response? My real question is that,I heard that in order to file suit against govt.authority,that we have to serve notice to authority before 2months?So do I hve to wait 2 months ? Plz give suggestions? I had no idea

Dear Sir, If there is service tribunal then you may approach the same. Under Section 80 of CPC two months mandatory notice is to be issued before filing a suit against the Government. In case of urgency under Sub-Clause of 2 of 80 of CPC dispensation of such notice may be sought by filing separate application in the same Court and get file the suit immediately.
