Home Credit Send Notice In Lok Adalat

I got notice for hearing to attend in lok adalat stating i need to pay 75000 with interest from home credit nbfc in banglore, in 2022 jan they chatted with me through whatsapp stating to pay the emi i informed them that i lost my job due to corona time and i am willing to go for settlement they asked me to pay 60000 for the loan of 90000 i paid and shared through whats app they said they will send the settlement letter through email and they said their people from headoffice will call but i was driving before i pickup the call the call got cut and i asked them to call again atleast 2 rings they said they wont say that and they didnt issue settlement after that i emailed them called their customer care nothing happens they kept quite for 1 year and again started to keep on calling to pay the emi, i told them to send the settlement letter but now i got the notice. i have all the conversation i had with them in whatsapp. what should i do
