Suspected Breach in Compliance (at scale) of a Patent idea submitted to a Fortune 50 company. Patent idea submitted by an employee of a fortune 50 company in internal application on Feb 2017, 4 years later, the ex-employee discovered in the News that same patent has been granted to one of the Client Company. Granted patent filed 3 months prior on Dec 2016 by the Client Company. Employee suspect a previously filed low priority patent title & body has been modified. Such case might be happening with other patents too at scale. What action can be taken to conduct compliance evaluation of the pipeline.
