Is a caste certificate valid if it is issued by the old state where I was born and now my permanent address is changed to another state? Mean my caste certificate is issued by the Maharashtra Government and now I live in Chhattisgarh.

Mr.Vishal Each state have their own list of caste system . Only in case the your caste is also recognized in Chhattisgarh then it is valid otherwise Not.
