How will my intellectual property (IP) be protected when working with a script assistant? What measures will be taken to ensure the script assistant doesn't infringe on existing copyright's or use my work without permission? Who retains ownership and rights to the script, and how will this be documented? Will the script assistant be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect my work? Who is liable in case of copyright infringement or other IP-related issues?
