Adv, Wife (40+) is habitual complainer. For every domestic matter & wants the husband to be hen pecked for all the matters. Also, the parents of husband who are staying away also at times dictates them too. Otherwise, she will call 100 or threatens to file a harassment case. In the past she did file 498a and later compromised. Now after married life of 20+ to defend a 498a case in Kukatpally courts. How much would be advocate fees, if not accurate what would be the fee range and average duration ( in months or years ) of such cases?

Dear client, First you take bail or you can directly go for quashing of fir if u have good ground in your side. Fees is depending on the lawyers, now in all india misusing the 498A in all states. It is the weapon for married women . You don't worry this is not a serious issue u can come out from this u can cantact me
