Fraud Against Getting A Job By Taking Money

This is my response to you: 1. Send a legal notice; 2. If that person is not found file a FIR against him and do not mention the government job, simply say personal reasons you gave the money; 3. Deny government job even if the police ask you.

just sit and relax. no need to file case as it will be dismissed on the first date itself because u itself have done crime I.e., giving money for govt job which is illegal. I have also filed a similar case and it was dismissed on the first date itself. Still if you want to file case then don't mention about govt job in the case . file it in another way .
