Dear Sir/Madam, I am seeking legal advice regarding a disputed subscription claim made by and its debt collection agency atriga gmbh The company is demanding €137.96 for an alleged 12-month subscription. However, I only signed up for a 14-day free trial and never knowingly consented to any paid annual contract. I never signed any agreement, no successful payment was authorized, and no proof of explicit consent has been provided. Despite disputing the claim, I continue receiving payment demands and debt collection references.
