Firstly get this point mentioned in MOU that she will withdraw each and every case filed against you including 498A and will sign and swear the compromise affidavit for quashing FIR against you, to be filed before High Court. Her statement will also be recorded in family court for withdrawal of all cases pending against you which point is also mentioned in MOU which you will file along with you mutual consent divorce petition. In any case you have to go to High Court for quashing of FIR pending against you, as family court cannot do it.
