I have resigned from the company and had two months of notice period, but as the Founder requested to stay for two more months I agreed. Later I got a Job offer so resigned again after 24 days and said I can serve only two months of notice period from my second resignation date. Founder did not agree and said he will not relieve me and will not give any documents (relieving letter, experience letter) if i do not stick to my first commitment. What legal option do i have stay or can fight legally.

after giving notice you can again give agreement for two months r not specified in your question if you're not give agreement after first notice is final to go for further proceedings according to labour law
