Company Is Not Giving My Payment

I'm working with an educational institution in Hyderabad who's head office is in Delhi. I resigned my job on 11th and didn't serve my notice period due to emergency issue u mailed them they said ok. I was suppose to get incentive of 9000, 10days salary and my security deposit amount back but they are not releasing anything I begged I said I have problem. when I joined they sent me offer letter asking me sign and send back but I did not send anything to head office. what can I do to get my money back.
