sir my father was in narcotics department in the post of hawaldar , he passed away in service . Sir I was applied for compensation appointment but office representatives said you will not get any appointment because you get gratuity or other payments . Sir but these payments are right for every government employee . So there is no chance of getting compensation appointment , my mother also passed away in 2010 . so sir I have two sister in which one is married and one is not married . My father's medical bill not passed till yet after 5 months spended . Sir I just want to know whether any chances of getting compensation appointment or not .

yes you are entitled for compassionate appointment if you filed the application for the same before the competent authority within 45 days.

Dear Sharma, Yes you can get that job under dying in harness rules and as per your submission you already applied before concerned department so now you should immediately file a Writ Petition under Article 226 before Hon'ble High Court where you may get Justice. You have chances of getting job under dying in harness scheme. Find a suitable lawyer or person and get a detailed representation to the appropriate authority drafted and send it to the authority. Wait for some time and then approach High Court by filing a Writ Petition. Also send a separate representation for getting payment of the pending medical bills.
