Compensationate Appointment

All sir please give a genuine answer , My father died on Jan 27, 2017 in government service . Two years has left for his retirement . Sir I have applied for compensation appointment in March 2017 to my father's office but they said to me you will not get this because you get gratuity and other benefits so government cannot give you this job because your account has money . Sir my father's medical bill till not passed around 5 months . Sir He was in central bureau of Narcotics . Sir please tell me there is any chances to get this appointment , please tell in yes or no (If I do a case ) or if no then what is the reason . Sir my mother had also passed in 2010 . Sir I have two sisters , one is married and one is not . Sir please tell me If no then I go for private job search .
