I was employed by my current employer in India and sent to their new manufacturing facility outside India with misleading information regarding financial support. After joining when I realized that I have been misled, I talked to the management representatives and HR. They kept convincing me that they will support but never fulfilled. Can I make an appeal regarding this matter in court? My employer is a pharmaceutical manufacturer in India.
