Since your case is of high headedness and clandestine behaviour. You need to take them to task. First of all send them a detailed legal notice explaining your grievances and asking for your salary. Then approach the Labour Conciliation Officer of your area with a representation. Probably the matter will be resolved. Otherwise the Labour Court is the last resort which will be able to get your grievance redressed effectively. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi Kasturava Das, you send a legal notice through an advocate to that company.
