Employer Is Asking Me To Resign And Also Not Paying Salary For 4 Months

I work for a large IT company. In March, I was called into a meeting with my manager and HR. I was told that they were not happy with my performance and I had to resign. There were not able to share any specific documented instances of my poor performance. They were also not willing to offer me a Performance improvement plan or allow me to move to a different team. In the previous appraisal cycle, they had given me the highest performance rating. At that time I refused to resign and left the office premises. They took away my office laptop and blocked my official email. After that, they constantly kept asking me to send them a resignation letter. They also stopped my salary from 1st June. They keep asking me to come to the office for some sort of discussion but refused to discuss over the phone. Over email, I asked them to allow me to move to a different team or give me 4 months of extension. They have not sent any termination letter, nor paid me any salary since June. How to deal with this.
