Employer Not Disbursing The Salary

I've worked for a private organization for two months. I was mailed an appointment letter before joining the organization but it has not been signed by the director. I have got one month salary after that I was made to quit. I have got all the mails(including appointment letter), voice recording promising me the salary which they have not disbursed(by one of the directors of the company). Are the evidence strong enough for the case.
