GPF Deductions Under Old Pension Scheme.

sir,I worked as govt servant in cane department of u.p. govt during 1999-2005.Deductions were made from my salery to GPF account under old pension scheme. After relieving from cane department I joined primary school of basic siksha parishad (u.p.) as assistant teacher on 01-01-2006.But deductions from my salery to GPF account under old pension scheme have not made yet in Basic siksha parishad. I gave an application in this regard to account Officer (Lekh adhikari) with the relevant govt orders on date 01-01-2015 but action has not been taken yet.When I met him, he said that you are eligible for New pension scheme and not for old pension scheme.What should I do? Please advise me.Thanking you.
