There is no fundamental rule for regularisation of outsourced employee but when it comes for a term of more than 10 years service, The SC also directed the Employer to consider the employees!! Since it is a case of long service duration!! I had a similar case here, where the Court directed the Organization to consider the petitioners for regularisation.
