My wife taught in school in Lucknow. During Lockdown she has been removed from service on 20th May 2020. As per appointment letter service can be terminated by three month notice or one month salary. Since no notice is given, she is asking 1 month salary but school adm. is not responding. Its nearly four months, several requests sent by mail to them and they stop responding. Please Advice

it's illegal termination u should send them a legal notice through a lawyer
