Regarding Absconding Email From Hcl

I joined hcl on 16 oct but was not able to continue due to some family issues so i informed my RM and HR on 27 oct that i won't be able to continue due to this and they agreed and asked me to resign and i did the same along with returning all the assets but now i'm getting email from their side that if i don't report then i'll be absconded from my post and also legal action will be taken along with recovery but my query is that i didn't even worked a single day also they didn't credited any salary in my account then why they are sending such emails so tell me what should i do in this case?
