Visakhapatnam

SIR Iam working since 2004in a private limited company in visakhapatnam. At the time of joining in appountment letter they mentiined that either of parties has to give 3 months advance notice either for temination or resignation. Now recently they terminated 4 persons showing various reasons and amended the 3 months notice to 1 month and they us to sign.. what shall i do now.
