Resignation ams Rejoining Govt. Job

Question

I resigned from Govt. Job due to frustration and health issues in July last year but my resignation was not accepted till December so I applied to rejoin as I had recovered completely.  This is may and they are yet to accept my joining back. This is troubling me a lot,  I am left with no money right now. How to file a case?

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go ahead and file a case against the organization in labpur court and ask for compensation. Secondly you can issue them notice and try to resolve it amicably

Issue them notice through lawyer and File Complain in labour court and claim heavy compensation.
