i Work at an MNC, caught with prohibited items (liquor, cigarettes, adult toy) in company guesthouse. Security conducted a rude inspection, taking humiliating photos and circulating them. Received a show cause notice alleging breach of conduct and loss of trust. Apologized and denied owning the adult toy, but employer remained unsatisfied. Now, facing a disciplinary hearing. Concerned about privacy violation if company claims there were cameras in the guesthouse. Seeking legal advice to navigate through the hearing effectively and protect rights and interests.

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but these allegations are Grave and you can lose your trust as well as job if it is prohibited in the policy of a company how ever you have a difference of privacy in this case and you can always go ahead and claim breach of privacy which is fundamental right guaranteed under article 21 of the Constitution of India
