I work in a software company in Hyderabad, been in the company from the past 13+ years. Recently because of Covid-19, they want to terminate me from service with 1 month salary. Yous is a case pertaining to the labour department. Initially you have to contact for labour conciliation and if not succeed then file and case before the labour Court .
