Termination From Job- Denied For Annual Bonus & Severance

I worked with a Multi National Non Banking Finance Company for 3 years as Assistant Manager. Due to changes in top management, company automated my department and asked me to resign without serving any advance notice of 30 days. My Company Head Office is in Gurgaon but my work location was Navi Mumbai center of our office. Since I denied for resignation, so they issued a letter where they mentioned reason that they have done Organizational changes and they do not need my service with effect from same day (1st Aug 18) and they forced me to sign on letter of cessation copy. I need legal guidance on below points. 1) In my offer letter, Annual Bonus of 10% is reflecting but they are not ready to pay my annual bonus on prorata basis. 2) They are not ready to pay advance notice amount of 30 days as well (as per Maharashtra Shops & Establishment Act they were supposed to serve advance notice through letter but they did not follow correct procedure) 3) Since I completed 3 years in company, so ideally they should pay me severance pay of 15 days salary per 6 months of tenurity as well but they are not ready to pay me that amount as well. 4) In my full and final salary slip, they have not paid me salary of Jul'18 month, now they claim that there is no outstanding at their end. They claim that as per employment contract they were obliged to pay only 2 months salary as notice period, so there is nothing else they need to pay. Please suggest me way forward.
