it becomes the duty of the company to give 1 month prior notice of the termination of ur service...
frst go through your appointment letter and contract of job if thr is mention about your termination without any prior notice or info thn u can file suit otherwise not
first your have to check with appointment letter what terms and conditions, are u working as an employee or labour. If there is any clause for termination which say so give notice either by employees or employer then u can file suit for performance and damage or restainment orders
which company/organisation were you an employee of before getting fired?
