    frst go through your appointment letter and contract of job if thr is mention about your termination without any prior notice or info thn u can file suit otherwise not

  • first your have to check with appointment letter what terms and conditions, are u working as an employee or labour. If there is any clause for termination which say so give notice either by employees or employer then u can file suit for performance and damage or restainment orders
