Termination Of A Probationary Officer In A PSB

I am a Probationary Officer in a PSB. I was troubled by my seniors who resorted to unprofessional methodologies and never trained me not let me learn by myself. They went to the extent of snatching my mobile and keeping it under captivation and yet I remained silent as the office didn't have a CCTV camera for evidence. After repeated instructions from a GM regarding the duties of a PO the managers forcefully made us do their work. When I objected to that they gave a show cause notice etc and terminated me saying that I am indisciplined. I need a lawyer to explain the whole case in detail and seek legal advice.
