Withhold Diwali Bonus While Serving Notice Period After Resignatio

I resigned as a Operations Manager from company on 05th Oct 2019 giving 01 month notice as per contract i.e last working day would be on 04th Nov 2019. However on 15th Oct 2019 company relieved me and paid salary in lieu of notice on 19th Oct 2019. Since Diwali was on 27th Oct 2019 and company intentionally relieved me before Diwali so as not to pay me Diwali Bonus. Please guide if I can go legal to recover my Diwali Bonus.
